One more fedex question. As I've spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Fedex, I was wondering if it's necessary to go through the whole certification process or was that done as a part of the Fedex Shipping Mod. Also, is it really necessary to send FedEx printed labels as a part of the certification process?

I was told all of this had to be done when I spoke with their tech support.
