Hi all,
The ordering process worked the first 4 times then it stopped working. For the first 4 orders (those were actually test orders that I made), admin did receive email notifications, and I could see the status in the admin panel.
But a couple of days ago all of a sudden it stopped working, the notification email would still go to the customer but not to admin. Although I can see that there are 7 pending orders in the admin panel main page as well as the left sidebar, the orders themselves are not showing up in the control panel.
Could anyone advise me where I should look to fix this ?
