Default Link Manager

Can anyone recommend a reliable, Link Maager, for oter sites to link to your site. I have tried to use the php Link Manager and am having trouble with it.

Also if someone, who is part of the os commerce community and claims to install contributions, and the install fails or actually never work, if they charge for this and do not attempt to fix this, what is ones recourse?

Not a lot. You can say "never do business with <name>" in your sig line and it will show up with every post you may. But beyond that, it's a lesson learned.

I would suggest to anyone paying another person (freelancer) who is not a reputable service provider or designer to make payment arrangements after the install is completed and verified. Hell I work for a reputable company and we do not even complete billing till work is completed and signed off on.
