Create order module in admin with 2 x tax

Hello,

Can anyone else with a plain osCDox RC2 release confirm the error i get when registering an order manually from the admin area with the Create Order module? What happens is that my tax is calculated twice, this is the only place this happens in my store. Also orders created this way will be having an invoice with french text and $ as currency. It looks like this create order module dont lookup the correct lanugage and variables, it seems just hard-coded in the file itself..

Anyone got a fix or confirmation?
