Setting up PAYPAL IPN module

I am trying to get the paypal module setup in RC2. Can someone please let me know where I can find all of the setting is ask for,

Private Key
Public Key
Enable web payments?
Paypals Public Cert.
Your Paypal Public certifate ID
Open SSL Location


Anyone know what goes in these and what else I will need to do to get this working, I have set my paypal ipn prefences in my paypal account to:
..../catalog/includes/modules/payment/paypal_ipn.php

Go to paypal.com and look through the documentation regarding encrypted payments. That is where you get the keyfiles (or at least the instructions on how to get them).

They are not needed to use the paypal module though...
