Fedex Shipping Problems

I'm trying to solve an issue with the FedEx shipping option in Max2.0 RC2.

When I click the submit button on the shipping info page, it's supposed to display the label (I know this because I have this same contrib running on an MS2 store) but instead, it unceremoniously dumps me to the Admin Login screen.

The label is being assigned a tracking number, and is storing it in the fedex folder, but it's 0bytes. The tracking information is also being sent to Fedex (I can see it in my Fedex Insight list - says that tracking info has been transmitted to Fedex). So it seems to be doing some things right, but not everything.

When I go to cancel the shipment, I once again get dumped back to the login screen. If I look at the order, it does indeed reset things to "processing".

Any ideas?
