osCMax vs osCommerce

Hi there,

I am helping a friend (of a friend) who is using osCMax. Originally, he said his site was using osCommerce, so I did some research and set up a sandbox for me to use to learn more. However, He has since mentioned that his site uses osCMax. I know nothing about either product which is why I'm setting up a sandbox.

My question is this: What is the difference between osCommerce and osCMax?

I can't find any information that compares the two.

Any help is appreciated...

Everything listed is extra features compared to standard osCommerce.

The short of it-osCMax actualy is OSCOMERCER MS2 but with ALOT of other ADDONS. Great for the people who can't figure anything out on PHP to "add in" a feature that exist.... Adding multiple feature is a chore....they all want to modify the same files/code.

osCMax give the user a SINGLE package with MANY of the most installed/asked for items already included.

You might want to install a WAMP package to "play" with osCMax and start setting a "test" site on your local PC. Search post here on "WAMP" for more info.
