About LinkBacksI am the admin and there is only one user on the account me, I am the top level user etc. But after trying to learn how to create user groups I cant use tools or reports, yet they are on and I am set as the top level user? WHY IS THIS

I cant View my Tools or Reports. It says I dont have access I am the admin and there is only one user on the account me, I am the top level user etc. But after trying to learn how to create user groups I cant use tools or reports, yet they are on and I am set as the top level user? WHY IS THIS
RE: I cant View my Tools or Reports. It says I dont have acc Most likely the database data did not fully import during installation. Just add permissions in the admin under AdministrationFile access
Click on Tools and store the appropriate files. Do the same for Reports...
