paypal API

I am looking at setting up API with paypal so that i do all the payment on my site. I have upgraded my paypal account and i was wondering if there was instructions on the modules to set this up in my cart?

Jim - I too want to set up the PayPal API asap - According to PayPal (as viewed online) osCommerce already has the payment module available. I tried to find out how it is named on their site (ie. there already is the PayPal IPN module which we also have but I believe the API one is different). This is a great way to have PayPal process the payment in the background without making your customers pop a PalPal page and go offsite to make a payment. It's done invisibly as with other merchant APIs.

Have you had any luck wtih this?

OK - I found the contribution on the oscommerce site - it's number 3716 - PayPal Website Payments Pro

I'll post it in the wishlist. Hopefully there will be enough action on this one - I believe this beats the hastle of trying to get one of the big merchants for direct payment (not that PayPal isn't big)

Yes, I too would like this feature... Anyone know how to intergrate it into osCMax?
