Ether would work - depends what you want. Depends on HOW DIFFERNENT EACH STORE needs to be.

You could do:
www.yoursite.com (main)
and
www.yoursite.com/specialsite/
and/or
www.specialsite.yoursite.com/
and/or
www.othersite.yoursite.com/
and/or
www.othersite.yoursite.com/specialsite/
and/or
www.othersite.com/


AS LONG as they all exist on the same server (my host allow 3 to 10 domain pointers to my single hosting site into any directory I need-so I can do any of the above). They are all the same to setup in osCMax.

The most simplest would that all the stores have the same items - just duplicate the catalog areas and modify the template for each (with only a single 'admin') - EACH would have the SAME info (name, address, items and store setup).

More complicated then follow this MOD for MAX

what's the best way to do 1 main domain (store) with all catagories. and multiple sub-domain (stores) for each catagory. All stores with the same look template.

how hard would it be to take this and add it to oscmax. i know that alot of the code is dif. but would it really mess alot of it up.

With a boat-load of files in this install, is there a fast & easy way to cross reference /swap the code of all those files in BTS?
