Mopics again!

Hi there,

I have some problems making MoPics working

Here are my settings:
# Big Image Types: jpg, gif
# Thumbnail Image Types: jpg, gif
# Extra Image Pattern: imagebase_{1}
# Big Images Directory: images_big/
# Thumbnail Images Directory: thumbs/
# Main Thumbnail In "Thumbnail Images Directory": false

My main image is images/vento.jpg
My big image is images/images_big/vento.jpg
My others images are
images/thumbs/vento_1.jpg
images/thumbs/vento_2.jpg
images/images_big/vento_1.jpg

I have no images in the product description except the big ones. I search on the forum to see if someone already have the same problem but it seems not. I read many times the Mo Pics setup. I guess that if there were a problem in my pics settings no images at all would be displayed...

Hi Leila,

I am having the same issue here, M told me in a recent post to use the read me file and I followed it to the T.

My setttings are:-

# Big Image Types: jpg
# Thumbnail Image Types: jpg
# Extra Image Pattern: imagebase_{a}
# Big Images Directory: images_big/
# Thumbnail Images Directory: thumbs/
# Main Thumbnail In "Thumbnail Images Directory": false

My main image is images/cover_a.jpg
My big image is images/images_big/cover_a.jpg
My others images are
images/thumbs/cover_b.jpg
images/thumbs/cover_c.jpg
images/images_big/cover_b.jpg
images/images_big/cover_c.jpg

yet the only one I am getting is the main cover plus the enlarged one when you click "click to enlarge"

Hi,

In your case I think your problem is your main image name. With the cover_a main image your others images should be named cover_a_a, cover_a_b and so on. To get it work, you should have:

My main image is images/cover_a.jpg
My big image is images/images_big/cover_a.jpg
My others images are
images/thumbs/cover_a_a.jpg
images/thumbs/cover_a_b.jpg
images/images_big/cover_a_a.jpg
images/images_big/cover_a_b.jpg

Leïla, your images are showing up. There is no problem. Look in the source code, and you will see the images are there. However, your HTML and CSS layout appears to be seriously screwed up for your entire site. This is a problem, just not one caused by the dynamic mopics.

Thank you Dreamscape. I will check this. I was afraid not to understand the Mopics logic.
