The title bar on my browser is not changing, I have edited the My Store settings in admin/config etc etc.. but it's still not changing. I am thinkin g this is a CMOD setting but to what file (folder) would need to be set?

The title bar on my browser is not changing, I have edited the My Store settings in admin/config etc etc.. but it's still not changing. I am thinkin g this is a CMOD setting but to what file (folder) would need to be set?

Search for osCMax v2.0 in the file...

another Q for u please though, I have just read that MAX isn't good for live production stores, this is a pain as I want to go live within he next few weeks so should I get 1.7 and if so, where can I downlod it from?

RE: osCMax v2.0 in title bar is not changing. Since the release of 2.0 RC1 all the major issues have been resolved. Go to the bugtracker and apply all the fixes that are there, and you will be good and ready for a production environment.
There are still a few small unresolved bugs (some bigger than others, depending on your specific needs), but none of them are security risks or showstoppers.
