Default osC Template

Hello Everyone,

Can someone please tell me if the osC template is included in the new osCMax v2? If not is there a module that can be uploaded for this template in the max v2? Can max1.5 be upgraded to this new version or must you upload a clean version and start from scratch?

Thank you for your help.
