Authorize.net Problems

I am running a mastercard. Through my new Shopping cart at www.speeddiesel.com It keeps saying:

The credit card type you've chosen does not match the credit card number entered. Please check the number and credit card type and try again.

I've tried entering the card in twice and it does that. I tried another mastercard and it does the same thing. It works fine on all the Visa's that I've tried however.

Any Ideas? My Store is live and thats the only problem I'm having.

I see the error on your site and I am investigating. I will see if I can reproduce on the development shop...

Anymore on this issue? Is there any other way of accepting MasterCard through authorize.net right now? I have an Authorize.net AIM module that I had to install for out v1.7 stores, maybe it will work for this one.

I'm also having a problem with Authorize.net. I can't get it to work with MasterCard or Visa. OSCMax shows the order was successful, but the transaction never made it to Authorize.net. Am I doing something wrong here or is this a bug? Please help.

George, your issue was a bug that has been fixed. The bug was reported for something else, but this fix will also work for you:

Lem, I have not had a chance to do any further testing for you. I will get to it this weekend. I have been working on some older bugs this week (taxes, etc).

I uncommented the original catalog/checkout_process.php as instructed and now I get the following error.

Credit Card Error!

The credit card type you've chosen does not match the credit card number entered. Please check the number and credit card type and try again.
