I am running oscMax v2 - AABox template

Does anyone know how to remove the 'track this shipment' link in order information pages or turn this function off completely. It doesn't work!

First problem is that track_fedex.php refers to header.php which doesn't seem to exist in v2. I removed reference to header.php which caused next problem...
