Change order status to cancelled..

This is probably such a basic question but I can't find the answer anywhere and i've looked around the admin area for aaaages with no luck. The software is sooooo powrful and full of features its confusing

How can I change an order status to cancelled?

Localisation/Order Status - create a Cancelled one and any other appropriate ones, Refund etc.

Edit the Order, then look down at the bottom...
