osCMax 2.5 RC1

Do One Page Checkout and PayPal Direct work together?

I remember reading somewhere that they don't a long time ago, and can't find it now.
Setting up a store and getting no input boxes for the Credit card info to go into.

It works fine in osCmax v2.5 - there is no "Paypal Direct" though. There is Paypal Express and Paypal Website Payments Pro.

I dont have PayPal Website Payments Pro as an option.

I have:

Credit/Debit Card (Via PayPal)
PayPal Wesite Payments Standard
PayPal Direct Payment

I am trying to use PayPal Direct Payments since it is the one that offers Express Checkout option as well.

Is this not correct?

Micheal-I am an AABox Hosting customer - I just hate submitting tickets for things like this.....

I was referring to the name of the actual Paypal products, not the osCmax payment module name. The Paypal Direct module in osCmax allows checkout via both Paypal Express and Paypal Website Payments Pro.

Does something need to be in the "Proxy Address" field?

I also noticed that the Expiration date field is pre-filled and can't be changed.

No. Don't worry about any of that. Just get your api information correct and everything should work fine.

Not working...

Have checked and re-checked API username and password, and have re-downloaded API certificate as both .pem and .txt

No input boxes, and express checkout button returns a weird PayPal page.

OK, something I noticed playing around with it some more.

If you add a product to the cart and click check out, after filling out the requsted info on the One Page Checkout screen, no boxes to put credit card info in

BUT

If you check the "Different from billing address" box, and then uncheck it again, as the page updates, the input boxes and the Express Checkout button show up for a second, and then go away again.

Yes, I have been able to verify this, I am debugging it now and hope to have an update shortly.

which should we use in 2.5RC1 (SVN 1387 as of 05/03/11) ?
'Paypal Express checkout', and the seperate 'Paypal website Payments PRO (US) Direct Payments'
or use the seperate 'Paypal direct payment'
or does it matter ?
and are all 3 modules now debugged as of SVN 1387 ?
