Looking for new Tax Zone

Not related to the tax issue, I happened to see the store logo being picked up by the html invoice from catalog/images folder and pdf invoice picking the image from admin/images folder. Since I have two different images in catalog and admin side the html and pdf invoices has different images !!

I have set up Tax rate for Home State and Rest of States seperately under Tax zones but comes under same Tax class - VAT.
The tax is calculated correctly for different states but when I see the product page in admin, the gross price shows combined tax(home state + rest of states) though in store only one Tax is displayed once customer logins and tax is displayed as per state.
Now the confusion is the Gross price display which adds both the VAT taxes. As my Nett price is calculated from gross price and Tax, it makes more difficult when adding new products.
How to display Gross price with only one tax rate(btw both the taxes are at same rate).
