    Cool Domestic vs. International Shipping Question

    I have a working store running, but I cant seem to get the shipping to work the way I want. I am trying to offer free domestic shipping and flat rate international shipping. What is the simplest way to accomplish this? I tried ZONE shipping but no luck. Am I Missing something? TIA

    osCommerce: Free Shipping w/ Minimum Amount
    Along with the standard Table Rate, where the table reads something simple, like 9999:10
    Am I Missing something?
