[osCmax V2.0.25] Where does the Articles get saved on the server

Hi all,
I have a question. When you create a new article thru the admin page, where in the server do they get saved? If I access the server via FTP can I find them there?
Is this the best way to add a new page on the website (creating a new article)

Articles are saved in the database, no files get saved your disk. Since you didn't select what version you are using when you posted (there is a version tag you should select) I can't say exactly the method you would use.

In v2.0.25, adding articles is the easiest way to add new pages. In v2.5 beta, you have two options: Articles and Information Pages. Articles work the same as in 2.0.25.

Info-pages are nice because they are automatically linked in the information box on your catalog. No coding is needed to add links to the front of your site using information pages.
