Individual Shipping oscmax 2.5 beta2

Individual Shipping does not work when i put in a product then go to checkout there is nothing for Shipping it does still pick UPS

i have the weight set to the correct weight on the product put nothing comes up on products i have put a price for Individual Shipping and i also have Individual Shipping enabled under shipping. i have also disabled all shipping except Individual Shipping still nothing comes up.
