Shipping Fee Module based on weight and postal code

Hello Everyone.

Our oscmax based website needs to have a feature wherein user can know how much the shipping fee will cost based on the product weight and postal code of the particular user. We are able to find a way on how to get the shipping fee based on the product weight but we haven't find one for postal code. Most likely there should be a field wherein they can input their postal code or maybe a drop down box wherein they can choose which postal code.

Does anyone know a module or anything that we can use regarding this?
