I am still running my live shop on osCMax v2.0 RC3, and ran into an issue today. A customer forwarded the auto-email to me that they had received upon new account creation. An older shipping policy was included in the email, which I do not want since I have since changed rates to reflect market conditions. This was cause for concern for my customer, and I had to send a partial refund to reflect the discrepancy.
I downloaded and checked my /includes/languages/english/create_account_success.php file, but do not see the shipping info which was clearly in my customers email. That file currently contains the default text, excluding the extra info I had once added to it (or somewhere). What is further confusing to me is that I created a test 'customer' account, and do not get the extra shipping info in the automatically sent 'new account' email.
Am I looking in the correct place to edit this information? Also, I currently have cache turn off if that makes any difference.
