Hi Guys,
I seem to be getting an intermittent issue with the SagePay Form payment processor.
The majority of the time, the payment processor works fine; orders are processed correctly, the payment is taken and the order is logged in the oscMAx system.
Occasionally however, I get an issue where the payment is taken by SagePay, but the customer sees an error page at the checkout and there is no order logged in the oscMax system.
This issue happens maybe about 1% of the time, but it is frequent enough to cause issues in my store.
Has anyone come across this problem before or have a solution?
