Hi,

I am putting together a basic site. ( not yet published).
BETTER CARTRIDGES :

Yes I did say basic.

All my sales will be in Australia.
When a customer goes to create an account, he has to choose the country.
Problem is that "Australia" appears twice on the list.
I think one should be Austria.
If the wrong Australia is selected, you can not enter the correct state.
It is Ok if you realise that there is another Australia, but a pain if you keep trying to enter an Australian state.
Is there a simply way I can elimate the wrong Australia, or make the correct Australia the default?

You don't specify which version of 'Max that you are using but looking at your site, it's 2.0.2.
An upgrade is advisable: the following is based on 2.0.25.

phpMyAdmin
Select your 'Max database
Select the countries table on left hand side
(Fortunately Australia is near the top - so easy to spot)
Click the pencil (Edit) button on countries_id = 13

countries_id 13
countries_name Australia
countries_iso_code_2 AU
countries_iso_code_3 AUS
address_format_id 1 ---- might be different eg. matching UK
active 1
