Problems in the cart

My users have two problems and I'm hoping somebody else has had these already and there is a fix for it.

First of all the site caters to purchasing and downloading ebooks. No physical products.

1) A user may add more than 1 book to their cart but the cart only shows 1 book. When they go to pay the amount is correct and they receive confirmation that all of their books were ordered. Er, WTF?

2) Multiple formats are available for download after purchasing a book (five of them). However there is nothing to differentiate between these links. I have not had a chance to recreate this issue myself yet, but I'm wondering if there's an easy way to resolve this (e.g. changing the product name or something)?

1) Do you have the latest version of oscmax? Is your site modified by another developer? Have you updated any pages on your site since you installed your store? If so then get the lastest version of oscmax and a page comparing software application for the following. My first guess, check catalog/includes/boxes/shopping_cart.php and try to find the part thats causing you issues there. Compare your page to the latest page on the latest oscmax release. Also experiment with adjusting you SEO URLs settings in your admin.

With some patience and execution, you'll be changing your WTF to a WOW (What An Obliterative Wonder!)
