help with gift card functionality

Sup my peeps - I have a client who wants to set up a "email gift card" page. Basically when you land on the page, you can set how much you want the gift card to be and then purchase it as credit and finally, e-mailed to any recipient the customer chooses. So its like someone "bob" buying the store credit for you "lisa" and the "discount code" for the store credit gets sent to lisa via email. I'm doing research on this but still no luck.

Is there something that allows me to do this?
