Have got a major issue with the Country/state selector.
Where a State (County/Provence) has accented characters, the State returns the 1st element in the list and prevents continuation of either completing account creation or shipping address.

If all Zones for that Country are edited to remove accented characters, then the problem is cleared. I've tried changing the default character set to utf-8, to no avail. Looks to be something a bit more fundamental.

This can be tested by choosing, for examples France, Span, Germany as the country.
