Problem with coupon Module cant remove

I tried the coupon module since I was thinking of running a coupon. I installed it entered the coupon tried it and did not like the redeem button since it erased the credit card already entered if someone hit redeem. Looked at the code and saw it was not needed so I uninstalled (removed) the module changed commented out the redeem button in the modules/ot_coupon.php file. Reinstalled and it worked button gone still gave the coupon discount. Decided it would look better if I put it on top of the credit card table than on the bottom so I went to uninstall and there is no more remove so I can not uninstall it. I put everything back to the way it was the original ot_coupon.php file and even redid the database. Now it has the install button but the module is still installed and when you click on it in admin it will let you edit it but not remove the module. ANY HELP APPRECIATED... I really want to remove it now and now it glitches on the coupon having the customer have to enter the code twice for it to work. ARG......

Nevermind the solution was just typing this in the address bar =ordertotal&module=ot_coupon&action=remove
