Order Total Issue

Hello

Anyone else ever have the problem where the order total doesn't add up?

ex. Sub-Total: $199.99
Table Rate (Best Way): $15.99
GST # xxx7xyx77x: $10.80
Discount Couponsxxxxx: -$20.00
Total: $205.70

Any ideas? we have had some other orders that were off in the past as well. I can't figure out how it got to that number.

A quid out, now that sounds like that Admin console setting:
Package Tare weight.
Is it set at 1, try 0?
While there...
Larger packages - percentage increase.
Is it set at 1, try 0?

Thanks for the help. Will have to wait and see. Didn't think that would really effect anything. Most products have like .1 or .2 as their weight. We do not have actual weights in the admin as it would take too long to weigh everything. we have over 700 products. I have set these to 0 and will see how that works out. Why would that effect it when I use table rates that are based on price instead of weight?

I'm probably barking up the wrong tree then, if not weight-based shipping.
Thought it looked similar to other threads where totals were out.
