Looking for some clarity.
With both osC and 'Max emails are sporadic/not coming through, when a sale is made.
(A mail sent manually from the admin. console to a customer works fine.)
Presumably the process is something like...
Customer emails are being sent (as are any defined in Extra Order emails) but the shop email fails. Is the shop email further in the process and possibly not being reached?
- Customer adds to basket.
- Goes to checkout and selects payment method.
- Payment is made/confirmed.
- Email is sent to shop owner and customer.
