Shipping charges is not showing

Hi there,

I have setup two environment, one for Test and one for Production. I also have created 2 custom Table rate for shipping module. Everything is working fine in Test.

Yesterday, I moved the stuff from Test to Production, I have also configure the shipping module in admin concole.

However, when I check out, it didn't show the shipping charges, it will dump to "payment confirmation" whenever I click "delivery information" page.

I have also checked the sort order, everything is same as test environment (it set to 0), I also change this to another 1 or 2, but they both not working.

I have search this forum and check the order in Order total modules, they both use default setting.

Any idea how to solve this? As we will go live today which it is a bit urgent.

Does it work in the test system fine? Did you copy over the Database?

yes, Test system is working fine. I didn't copy the database, but only copy the php files in shipping module and language folder from Test to production environment. And re-configure in Production admin console.

Have you checked that your products have a weight? Without a weight oscmax will skip the delivery page since it thinks your products are for electronic delivery (ie. no shipping needed)

Yes, I need to put something in Product's weight in order to solve this issue.

In summary, here is what I did:

1) Check the sort order in shipping module and Order total module
2) Ensure your product's weight or dimension got something insert, i.e. Not 0
