Order Total Wrong with Gift Voucher

I have set up gift vouchers to take 10% and 15% off the entire order. The catch is that it is taking the wrong amount off of the order and I cannot seem to get to the bottom of the problem. All my order totals are off by atleast 40 cents.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are going to need a bit more info.

Can you post the sort order you have in Admin -> Modules -> Order Totals

There should be a list like ...

Discount Coupons 60
Gift Vouchers (-) 50 Low Order Fee 30
Customer Loyalty Discount 40 Shipping 20 Sub-Total 10 Tax 90 Total 100
and also let us know which tax rates you have set up and one example.

Eg. Order Total £40 - Voucher 10% - Total out by 40p

The tax rate 8.75

Example:

Sub-Total:$50.00Federal Express (Home Delivery):$24.78California Tax:$4.38Discount Coupons:VS-51892:-$7.48Total:$71.02

The total should be 71.68 not 71.02.
