Customers who have "not bought"

First , sorry for the post.. a couple searches yielded nothing...but there must be a module or a way.

search of " not+bought " gave 106

And?...It got rid of "not" (bad search...lol)

"customers who have not bought also tried..

There has to be something out already, that I can parse out...who I have as "registered customers" in the DB...and find WHO (whic ones) have not bought, and display (or export) this please?
