how i can add a shipping flat rate

hi
i have many product in my stor
i need to add a shipping flat rate not for every product which my customer chose but per cart
that mean if he add 100 product for example its cost 100$ its add direct 10 $ for the shipping to be the total cost 110 $
i try in the Shipping Modules but its not work with me
can i get some help

Just go to

Admin --> Modules --> Shipping --> Flat Rate

and set your rate,

First "Install" the module, then figure out your shipping matrix
ie
For up to 100.00 of order would be $10 shipping
For order from over 100.00 to up to 150.00 would be $15 shipping
For order from over 150.00 to up to 200.00 would be $20 shipping
For order from over 200.00 to up to 9999.00 would be $30 shipping

Input the matrix of:
100:10,150:15,200:20,9999:30

If not working then it might be a SORT ORDER issue. It works fine on a standard install.
