Help! UPS ERROR

Out of the blue some of my customers not all get this error when they hit check out this one is in the UK

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/qsi1/public_html/includes/modules/shipping/upsxml.php on line 247

Here is what that code is starting at line 247

From what I can find it is only the UK having a problem. The only things I did was use easypopulate to update prices and add some new products in the last day. Not sure how that would affect UPS just in the UK

Ok I logged into one of my customers accounts and set up a upsxml.log It seems the error is in time in transit but why just for the UK and why did it just start suddenly and how to fix??? I am tired.......LOL I sound like my little girl BUT WHY???? Daddy

I will attach the log with my username etc xxx out can someone take a look and maybe see what is going on? Thank you and good night.

OK got some sleep. It was a corrupted zones table. All better now.
