Meta Tags - Index page has Site name HEADING_TITLE

The index page is the only page that has this problem.

I have no idea where to fix it?

The title shows as..

Website name HEADING_TITLE

All other pages are correct as in...

Website name Shipping

Where would I edit this?

Im currently doing 2 websites and its fine on the other one so not sure what I may have done?

Search for text HEADING_TITLE on the file /includes/languages/english/index.php , you might have changed it, deleted it, etc.

ok found a solution.

Open includes/languages/english.php and add the last line in the below code
