I hope someone can help with a strange problem happening on one of my shopping carts. This has happened almost a dozen times now.
The customer information is not the same as the shipping and billing address. When we contact the customer about the order, the customer claims they never signed up on the site and did not order any product. When I look for the customer in the Customer list ... the customer does not exist. The Shipping & Billing Address is the actual customer but we cannot communicate with this customer through the order since the Customer Name, telephone and email address is wrong.
