Where to change text for Checkout_Success?

Hi,
I'm having a heck of a time trying to find the path of checkout_success.php. I wish to change the default text customers see after placing an order, but changing the file in \includes\languages\english did not do the trick. I also looked at the .TPL version in the \fallback\content folder, but could not cross-reference the existing stock text.

/includes/languages/english/checkout_success.php is where the text for the page is stored.
