Variant support?

Im thinking of using the shop for a shoe selling business. But i need to know if it is possible and not to much work having oscM handling variants of sizes and colors.

For example i would want the shop to display (when selecting a product) the size and colors that the product comes in.

Do you think this is possible?

That is one of the basic features already included in osCMax. There is an interface to add these attributes to each product in the admin panel.
