better resized image on product listing

ive read around and some people suggested to try to add a contribution mod, however it seems that there was a mod already installed with oscmax which is preventing me to install the mod. The mod i was going to install was on the fly auto thumbnail.

Is there any suggestions on how to have the images resized better when its showing in product listing. I want them to be resized and not distorted all having the same width x height.

There is nothing in osCMax that prevents you from adding an auto-thumbnailer.

If you want them to have the same width and height without distortion or cropping, the images have to start off that way, or you have to use a thumbnailer that will add borders.
