i am not sure what mod it it i need but i want ppl to have to enter in a random code to use the contact us page i get a at lest 5 or 6 junk mails everyday now. so some one please point me in the right direction.

This seems to be for osCommerce though? Is there one for oscmax, or has anyone converted this for use with oscmax? (assuming it's possible.) Or am I missing something. Any pointers in the right direction would be helpful.

Any mod for osCommerce should work in osCMax with minor tweaks. See the BTS template docs for a basic tutorial on where stuff is and how it works, then modify the above mod accordingly:
