 customer login problem Has anyone had a problem where certain customers can not log in? I have a few customers who can not log in. They can browse the site but are unable to login purchase. It is very spuratic. I can log in using their information from my computer and even tested it on others but these few can not. I had them check firewall, and IE settings, try on Firefox etc. Any suggestions? Thanks NEVERMIND Customers were not completely forthright about cookie settings even though I had asked about their privacy settings. Last edited by bkpie; 03-25-2008 at 09:22 AM.      |

| Re: customer login problem Yep. It will be a cookie problem. Either settings are blocking cookies or they have a bad/corrupt cookie that needs to be removed.
