Wrong link in update email order status

Today I was made aware by a customer that my link to the account_history_info.php?order_id wasn't working and resulting in a 404.

When someone makes an order the link to the account_history_info is correct and gives catalog/account.....

however when I update the order in the admin because of it being sent or something it gives catalog/catalog/account....

I have looked at the configure files but don't see anything wrong and I have also not changed anything since installing oscmax long ago.

The error started to occur just recently apparently. I have looked through several files but I don't know where to look.


Last addon I installed was track and trace which works.
Anyone got an idea?
