Duplicate Category Name

I can't figure out what feature I have set (or not set) that would cause a Category Name to show twice. Each Category Name shows identically, one below the other. Can anyone guide me please? I'm an essential beginner with OsCMax and with the limited info posted during the transition of the documentation availble on the Wiki, I'm at a loss for some of the detailed descriptions that accompany the store set-up. Thanks in advance to whomever may have the time to help me out here.

Please, I've spent two days now trying to find out what would cause this. Is there anybody that can offer up something to bring a solution to this question?

More details please.... where do they do this? In the categories box? On a certain page? How about a url so we can see?

They are shown in the New Products Box, the What's New Box, and in the middle section (unsure of the title for this area) that lies below the top banner.

Mystery Solved! The duplicate link is a result of not having uploaded any photos for products yet. The top link is for the image. Within the Configuration (inside Admin) when the Images required is set to true, and no photo exists, a link is listed in it's place. When this is set to false, all is fine. Thanks for taking a look at it for me. I'm sorry to have caused you wasted time and effort.
