? Not sure I understand the question.

I upgraded the USPS module because I read somewhere that it would fix the issue with International First Class not showing up as a choice for customers. That's a major problem for me and my business.

Upgrading the module has not resolved that problem. My overseas customers still only get the more expensive choices.

Did you disable and remove the module in the admin before upgrading? You need to disable and remove from the admin panel it to remove the database entries. Then re-enable and configure it.

Hi Michael,

Initially I deactivated it but didn't remove/re-add it. I initially followed the upgrade instructions which said to replace two files and then run an SQL update. Being new to this I didn't know I needed to remove/re-add.

I just tried doing that now (and tried running that SQL update again while it was removed) but am still getting the same results.
