Help Finishing Shopping Cart

I need to find someone who can finish my oscMAX shopping cart. I would like a shipping estimator to show the shipping charges before entering in all your information and it needs to work with Paypal Website Payments Standard. Is there anyone who may be interested in completing this for me? I've been trying to get this running for over a month and I'm about ready to go with a Yahoo shopping cart. PLEASE HELP!
