Easy Populate

Hopefully this will be the last question I need to ask for a long time.
Usually when I ask a question some nice person comes up with a link to directions. I have searched the site for this wonderful wikki page but I'm still at a loss. So before I go explaining that I need to download all the sexy lingerie information for my mother/wholesaler site and load into my "toy" site, I was wondering if someone could please provide me with a link to the Easy Populate directions.

Actually, I posted a link to a good thread with instructions for Easypopulate in my last reply to you in the Product Attributes thread.
