PLEASE tell me there is an easier way to add Products Attributes! I have 500 products to add each has at least 4 sizes. Please tell me you can set up Products Attributes and then just click bullets as you add each product or something similar. Going to product attributes each time will take me a minimum of 5 months. I have to be missing something. ~eDee

Thank you, Can you tell me why the attribute manager doesn't work? I don't have any buttons. I can click the little blank images, but nothing is saved. Do you think I could reload just that file to make it work, If I can I could have 2 windows open one with the products I'm loading and after I save it I can just go to the next tab, find that product and load up the attributes. I think that would work. I have fears of adding contributions, one wiped out my database once. luckily I had in backed up, but I always had little issues with it later. ~eDee Last edited by justedee; 10-09-2007 at 12:13 PM.

Ah I hate to be a pain, I just can't help it. Honestly I am new at all this... I don't understand pigdestroyer, but in kopoba11's post it looks like I need to replace lines 4, 5 and 6 with the code provided. And then replace line 168 with the text provided. Do I need to do anything else? Sorry to be so slow, but I'm learning. Thank you, ~eDee

Forget it, I read through it a few more times and risked it. It worked. Thank you all very much for your help. I know I shouldn't panic every time, but I'm so afraid to really do some damage and not be able to fix it. Again thank you all, ~eDee

| Make a backup of your files before making any changes and banish fear forever. The worst that can happen if you mess up is that you have to upload your backup file to fix the problem.
