Default Reset customer password

i have a customer tring to reset his password, and said he never received the email with the new password, so i tried to reset my password for my own email address and i never got the email ether,

is there any ideas of what is causing this not to send the email?

Default Re: Reset customer password

Check the mail server logs for what was sent, and what the reply from the receiving server was. That is the only way to check what is going on.

ask your host. Each server is different. Could be /var/log/exim_mainlog if you are using exim as your MTA. If you don't have root access, again, contact your host.
